Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

All orders shipped to the lower 48 U.S. states ship FREE (Ground Shipping - except LTL/Bulk Shipments). If you wish to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada give us a call or shoot us an email and we can help with that as well. If you choose expediting shipping (shipping charges will apply at time of check out).  

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days - Ground), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT

We know how excited you are to get your package, and we're just as eager for it!

If the item is in stock from our supplier, then items should ship within five(5) business days. We'll send tracking information within 24 hours of orders to ensure everything goes smoothly.
